I LOVE IT - 12/03/2005

I love the Christmas holiday,
I love to jingle all the way.
I love to trim the Christmas tree,
I love to give to you from me.

I love to meet with everyone,
To laugh and eat and just have fun.
I love to run around and shop,
Until I feel that I could drop.

I love the brightly, colored lights,
That glow throughout December nights.
I love the Santa Claus and elves,
Displayed in malls and on store shelves.

I love the Holy Manger scene,
In settings that are so serene.
I love the miniature displays,
Of little towns from olden days.

I love to hear the Christmas bells,
And savor all the Christmas smells.
I love the nights when all aglow,
By freshly fallen, moonlit snow.

I really love this holiday,
Is what this poem was meant to say,
But if that's not clear in this rhyme,
